The lodges are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for children.

It has four bedrooms (a master suite on the ground floor, the other three bedrooms on the first floor), three bathrooms (Italian-style showers) each equipped with a suspended toilet. A visitor's toilet is located on the ground floor with a small washbasin. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. It has two sinks, one of which is located in the bar area next to the integrated dishwasher. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a storage area.

The house is decorated in a contemporary style, spacious and warm with quiet areas as well as comfortable bedrooms giving all guests a sense of privacy.

Three terraces await you :South-facing terrace, part of which is covered. It is ideal for outdoor meals in the shade. The covered terrace of 30m2 is adjacent to the villa and has a table for 8 people. A large gas barbecue, including a grill and a large electric griddle are also available.The east terrace connecting the main entrance to the house and the west terrace, both made of wood, are adjacent to the house.Several garden furniture, rocking chairs, deckchairs and parasols are available for relaxation. There are also large shade sails on the south terrace of the villa.

Fibre optics (Orange broadband) throughout the villa and WIFI on the terraces. Satellite TV, Canal Plus, Netflix, Playstation, HIFI. Petanque court under the pine trees, table tennis, table football (petanque balls, table tennis balls and rackets are available for these three games), trampoline.

The pool is equipped with two underwater alarms. Electric gate - intercom - automatic watering system. Vehicles parked on enclosed land.

Notes on prices : Prices include initial bed linen, towels, household linen, water and electricity, pool service. Change of bed linen, towels and household linen and cleaning at the end of your stay.

Option:
The change of sheets, towels and linens, and cleaning are done at the end of each week for stays of several weeks for an additional 220 € TTC adjustable at the reservation or on site.
